Carpet-land.com currently deliver to anywhere within mainland UK.
Delivery Charges
Delivery for orders anywhere within mainland UK is £40. For rug orders delivery is charged at £15 per rug.
Arranging your delivery
Once you have placed your order with us we will contact you to arrange your delivery. If the carpet is currently in stock you should expect to receive it within 2 or 3 working days. If we need to order it, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Cancellation policy
If for some reason you need to cancel your order before delivery please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not been dispatched we will cancel your order and refund payment to your credit or debit card. If the goods have already been dispatched we may be able to cancel the delivery, however, you will still have incurred the delivery charge. The balance of the account minus the delivery charge will be refunded.
We regret that we cannot accept returns once the carpet has been cut or used in any other way.
Fitting
Fitting can be arranged through our superb experienced fitting team. We will fit carpets within the north east of England at £4 m/2. This covers North Yorks, Teeside, Durham & Northumberland and refers to any sized carpet above 12 m/2. Please ask for a quote if you are elsewhere in the uk.
Payment
Payment can be made via our payment option on our site using debit or credit card. We also accept paypal.
Privacy
Carpet-land.com will not divulge our customers personal details to any third parties. All information collated is purely used in reference to your purchase. |
